- Whoever actually does that work, if they can spare the time. The useful detail is usually theirs rather than the management view.
- The names of the systems you use for it, roughly. No exports and no documents.
What you get afterwards
- One page, within two working days: what we heard, what we would change first, and why that one before the others.
- Roughly what it would involve, and anything we think is not worth doing.
- It in writing, yours to keep and to take elsewhere. There is no sales deck and nothing to sign.
