Northridge is run by Matt and Cathy, and the people you meet are the people who do the work. Matt has spent over twenty years in technology: first in IT and cloud platforms for enterprise and small business customers, then fifteen years in streaming for broadcasters, on services watched by millions, with teams and multi-million pound programmes behind him. For the last few years most of his work has been AI, finding where it makes teams more efficient and reshaping how organisations use it. He now works with local firms by choice.
Why we exist
Most small businesses don't have anyone whose job is to think about how the work actually flows. Software gets bought one problem at a time, spreadsheets fill the gaps, and after a few years the owner is the only person who understands the whole picture.
We work with businesses that know they could run more efficiently but don't know where to start. The job is to look at the whole thing once, honestly, and say what's worth changing, which is sometimes very little.

There are no client case studies on this site yet, and we'd rather say that than invent them. What you can judge us on is how we work: the first conversation costs nothing, and if we think there is nothing worth doing we will say so. If that sounds reasonable, book a time.
