Book a conversation with Matt or Cathy

Pick a slot below. It is free, there is no obligation, and the slot is 30 minutes because that is all it needs. It can be with either of us, or both. If there is something worth doing, we put it in writing afterwards at a fixed price; if there is not, we say so.

What to bring
  • Whatever is taking up the most time at the moment, if you know; it is fine if you don't.
  • Whoever actually does that work, if they can spare the time. The useful detail is usually theirs rather than the management view.
  • The names of the systems you use for it, roughly. No exports and no documents.
What happens afterwards
  • An honest answer on whether there is anything worth doing.
  • If there is, a written proposal: what we would change, what it involves and the fixed price, before you decide anything.
  • No sales deck and nothing to sign.

Calendar not loading? Book directly on Cal.com. Cal.com confirms a booking on screen and then sends a confirmation email. Email can be slow or land in a spam folder, so a missing one does not necessarily mean the booking failed: check there first, and if you are still unsure, tell us what you tried rather than booking a second slot.
